Accessibility

Our premises are fully accessible to disabled patients. We provide accessible toilets, a designated disabled car parking space at the side of the building, and an accessibility drop-off point at the front of the building (maximum stay of 5 minutes).

The practice is equipped with a hearing loop system in the main Reception/Waiting Room area. Please ask at Reception if you would like this to be switched on.

If you require any additional assistance when attending the Practice, please let our Patient Services Team know when booking your appointment, or speak to Reception on arrival. If you are unable to bring someone with you, we will make every effort to support you.

How to make a complaint

We are always sad to hear when things don’t go quite right, and we take complaints and patient feedback very seriously. If you have any concerns about the service that you have received, please let us know.

We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted easily and quickly and you wish to make a formal complaint, we would like you to let us know using the form below which can be sent in the post or via email to noreply.longlanesurgery@nhs.net.

Please find below a link to our current Complaints Leaflet, which lets you know the process that we follow.

We also love to hear from patients when they have had a good experience and you can email us on the above address to feedback on what has gone well.
