For patients aged 18+ requiring a 1st, 2nd or Booster vaccination (3rd doses available for immunocompromised patients able to show proof of eligibility)

Measham Leisure Centre, High Street, Measham, DE12 7HR

When:

Saturday 15th January 2022 09:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:30

Sunday 16th January 2022 09:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:30

Please note that this is a drop-in clinic, there may be a slight wait for you to be seen. Patients with pre-booked appointments will be seen at their existing appointment time. and should present to the volunteers at the door on arrival.
